    If you want a bike within the next 24 hours, just give us a call! Call us you need a bike delivered outside of our standard times, we will try our best to accommodate, and a delivery fee may be charged. 

  • All persons must be 18 or older to rent an E-Bike/Scooter. Florida law requires anyone under 16 required to wear a helmet. We offer free helmets to everyone!

  • While most places around here allow for e-bikes, it is always best to ask your vacation property manager.

  • We recommend starting your rental on your check in day and ending on your check out day. That way you will have access to your bike anytime you are wanting to take an adventure during your vacation! If you have any questions or concerns while booking online, feel free to call us, and we can book it for you!

  • We will call or text you the day before your delivery to confirm location/time for delivery and pick-up. We deliver 7 days a week and work to make all deliveries within a 30 min time frame of your chosen delivery/pick-up time. Once delivered, we will text a picture of the bike(s) and the code to the bike lock(s). The bike will come with a key, a charger, a lock, a free rental helmet, and any accessories you may have added to your order.

  • We recommend calling us if you aren't able to book the bike or accessory, or even the amount of bikes, you want for your specified time. We are constantly adding new bikes and accessories and will do our best to try to accommodate your booking to the best of your needs. 

  • If you lose an item that came with your e-bike, such as a key, charger, helmet, or lock, just text or call, and we will work to bring you a replacement as soon as possible. Replacement fees are as follows:  Keys/Chargers - $50, Helmets/Locks - $10

  • Orders cancelled more than 7 days prior to delivery will receive a full refund, less a 10% processing fee. Orders cancelled within 7 days of delivery will receive a 50% refund. 

  • The Cityscape 2.0 bikes all include the ability to charge your phone with the integrated USB port. 5 assisted levels of pedaling as well as a throttle if you choose to go hands free. There is also a headlight/tail light for added safety.

  • We recommend booking as soon as you finish planning your beautiful vacation, up to a year in advanced!

  • Generally, you will want to charge the battery overnight or whenever you are not using it and is convenient. The battery is able to be unlocked from the bike, and the charger will be included with your rental.

  • Per Florida law, our e-bikes are required to max out at 28mph. Each bike offers 5 levels of pedal assistance to ride at a pace that is comfortable for you.

  • Our current e-bikes are not suited to go off-road as they are primarily cruisers. Further, many of our beautiful Florida beaches do not allow bikes as to protect the dunes, vacationers, and other creatures or critters that live here. We will be adding some AWESOME bikes VERY SOON to explore the many off-road bike trails in the area. STAY TUNED! 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot control Mother Nature and our standard refund policy applies to all items. If we need to recall your bike due to a hurricane or other unexpected weather event, we will extend a prorated refund for used days.

  • That's AWESOME! Please text or call us if you decide you would like to keep it longer than expected. It may be reserved–but if not, we would be happy to let you rent for longer!
